Kurzfassung englisch:
In this work, we experimentally discovered the higher-frequency modes and identified them with the help of micromagnetic simulations. The thermal noise FMR (T-FMR) spectrum is obtained with the spectrum analyzer by direct observation of the high-frequency magnetization fluctuations of the FL1 and FL2 under the DC bias voltage of +500 mV. The simulated noise spectral density (NSD) is acquired through a full 3-D micromagnetic calculation of the DFL's lossless exitation eigenmodes.
