English abstract:
The work realised in this thesis consist of improving the communications in high velocity scenarios where the channel characteristics deteriorate significantly by means of weak temporal correlation between channel realizations and large latency in the
feedback reporting from the UE (User Equipment) to the base station (eNodeB). For these reasons this thesis is performed with the downlink link level LTE simulator, available at the Institute of Telecommunications of Vienna University of Technology. The focus of the work is on estimating the feedback parameters, necessary for link
adaptation, in high velocity scenarios.
