This deliverable contains the year 4 reports of WP 1.2 "POOLS", WP1.3.2 "LAB EXTENSION", and WP1.3.3 "LAB FUTURE". Thus it is the final report on TARGET's activities with respect to sharing software tools, building a virtual lab infrastructure, and pushing the frontiers of nonlinear characterisation of active microwave power devices.
