Kurzfassung englisch:
The TARGET (Top Amplifier Research Group in a European Team) project has involved many RF measurement labs for sharing their measurement techniques and data. A common platform for measurement software, device modelling and data storage has been developed, as an optimized trade-off between generalization and versatility. This platform makes intensive use of XML techniques and is obviously a first and exciting step towards the standardization of open-source software tools for RF measurements and modelling.
