English abstract:
This work describes a low-noise photodetector integrated circuit (PDIC) implemented in 0.5μm BiCMOS technology. At a data rate of 6Gbps it reaches sensitivities of 21.0dBm and -18.2dBm at wavelengths of 660nm and 850nm, respectively.
