Kurzfassung englisch:
A measurement setup based on directional couplers and an RF-sampling oscilloscope is proposed with the possibility to measure the intrinsic voltage and current of an RF-transistor. Furthermore, a simple realization of active loads by synchronized signals sources is shown in order to generate high reflection coefficients. The impairments due to the simple setup will be discussed and measurement results will be given.
