English abstract:
The integrated optical distance measurement correlation sensor is capable of correlating a reflected, optical and an electrical modulation signal already within the newly developed two-anode detector. The detector and the readout circuits are implemented as a system on chip in a 0.6μm BiCMOS process. Exploiting the Time of Flight (TOF) principle it is used for distance measurement, based on a phase shift scheme. The paper points out the detector design, the circuit structure as well as the achieved results. The sensor can also be used on a multi-pixel structure for 3D cameras.
